Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Inner Loop Construction's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Services
Inner Loop Construction provides commercial, residential, and infrastructure construction services across Texas and Oklahoma, including but not limited to:
- Concrete construction and foundation work
- Commercial building construction
- Residential construction
- Infrastructure development
- Project management and consulting
Project Agreements
All construction projects are governed by separate written agreements between Inner Loop Construction and the client. These agreements outline:
- Scope of work and specifications
- Project timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and schedules
- Warranties and guarantees
- Change order procedures
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require progress payments based on project milestones and a final payment upon substantial completion. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.
Warranties and Liability
Inner Loop Construction provides warranties as specified in project agreements. Our liability is limited to the scope outlined in these agreements. We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather, or client changes
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of use or business interruption
Safety and Compliance
We maintain strict safety standards and comply with all applicable building codes, OSHA regulations, and local ordinances. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property meets zoning and permitting requirements.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and work will cease according to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Governing Law
These terms and any project agreements are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Texas courts.
